Complimentary Consultations

Consultations are 45 minutes and offered at no cost.

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email and an intake form (this may take up to 1 hour).

 

Emails are sent from Quantum Laser Lab (notices@envisionalerts.com).

Check your spam/junk folder and add us to your safe sender list.

 

Please complete your intake form prior to your appointment. 
Any time spent completing the form during your visit will be deducted from your appointment time.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule consultations.

 

Cancellations within 24 hours or missed consultations will incur a non-negotiable $75 + tax fee, payable in full before rebooking (credit card or e-transfer).

Treatment Bookings 

A valid credit card is required to secure all treatment appointments.We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule treatment appointments.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend your scheduled appointment, will result in a $100 charge per hour reserved.

 

This fee is non-negotiable and will be charged to the credit card on file. The fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.

 

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your treatment may need to be rescheduled and will be processed as a no show.

 

Clients who repeatedly miss scheduled appointments without notice (“chronic no-shows”) may be declined future bookings at our

discretion.

 

Alternatively, these clients may need to prepay the full cost of services to secure an appointment. These prepaid appointments are non-refundable, and failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the full amount paid. Exceptions will not be made.

Touch-Up Appointments

Some treatments require touch-ups, which are often included in the initial cost of treatment. 

 

Complimentary touch-ups must be scheduled and completed within 12 weeks of the original treatment. After this period, the touch-up will expire.

 

In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice or a failure to attend a complimentary touch-up appointment, the included session will be forfeited.

 

Rescheduling After a Forfeited Touch-Up

 

Any subsequent touch-up required will be charged at the minimum starting rate for laser treatments, which is $250.
