Quantum Laser Lab is located inside District Studios South (11012 Macleod Trl SE) on the 7th floor of the Executive Tower. The studio sits within a coworking space and there’s plenty of parking. Once parked, take the elevator to the 7th floor and take a left — the concierge will greet you when you arrive for your appointment.

Yes — there’s free parking for guests.

After 6pm on weekdays and all day Sunday, the building is locked to the public. If you have an appointment, please use the intercom at the doors and dial 4450.

Yes, and it’s complimentary. We’d never want you to start a treatment without understanding it first. Your consultation is time to talk through what’s bothering you, what you’d love to change, and the options that make sense for your skin. No pressure, and no commitment.

Booking is online, whenever it suits you. Just tap any “Book a consultation” button and choose a time. If you’d rather ask a question first, send us a message and we’ll get back to you personally.

You’ll find us in Southcentre Executive Tower, 11012 Macleod Trl SE #760, Calgary. We’re appointment-only, so we can’t accommodate drop-ins — but when you book, your time is set aside just for you.

Yes, for skincare. If you’d like help with your routine, we can do that online or in person, whichever feels easier for you.

Consultations are 45 minutes and offered at no cost. Upon booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an intake form (this may take up to 1 hour). Emails are sent from Quantum Laser Lab (notices@envisionalerts.com), so check your spam/junk folder and add us to your safe sender list. Please complete your intake form prior to your appointment — any time spent completing it during your visit will be deducted from your appointment time.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule consultations. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed consultations incur a non-negotiable $75 + tax fee, payable in full before rebooking (credit card or e-transfer).

A valid credit card is required to secure all treatment appointments. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule treatment appointments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your scheduled appointment, will result in a $100 charge per hour reserved.

Prior to your appointment, you should receive an email with paperwork to fill out. Please have it completed in advance so we can make the most of your treatment time.

It really depends on you. Every plan is tailored to your skin, your goals, and the treatment that suits you best, so pricing works as a range rather than a set menu. We’ll walk you through it openly at your complimentary consultation, so there are no surprises.

It’s a very common worry, and a fair one. Many treatments feel like very little at all. For the ones that are more noticeable, we apply numbing cream beforehand and check in with you throughout, so you feel comfortable and cared for the whole time.
