Start With Your Concern

“I don’t know what I need — I just know this bothers me.”

That’s the most common thing clients say when they reach out. So start here: find the concern that sounds most like you, read what’s usually behind it, and the treatments that tend to help. Then bring it to a complimentary consultation and we’ll build the plan together.

Concern 01

“My skin feels looser than it used to.”

Often noticed around: jawline · neck · cheeks

You catch it in photos, or when you look down — the skin along your jaw or neck doesn’t bounce back the way it did. Maybe you’ve lost some definition, or everything feels a little softer than you’d like. It’s one of the most common reasons people book, and one of the most treatable.

Laser treatments like Skin Tightening and Laser Lipolysis work by gently heating the deeper layers of skin, prompting it to rebuild its own support structure. Results develop gradually over a few months, and it pairs beautifully with a course of treatments.

Between visits: an Environ® routine with vitamin A helps support skin firmness and keeps the results you build in-clinic progressing at home.

Concern 02

“I have sun spots and uneven tone.”

Often noticed on: face · chest · hands

You might describe it as patches, spots, or just skin that doesn’t look even anymore — often from years of sun, or hormones changing the way your skin holds pigment. It’s usually harmless, but it can make skin look older or more tired than it feels.

Laser Resurfacing is typically the treatment that helps most, breaking up excess pigment and refreshing the surface tone at the same time. Deeper or stubborn pigment may need a series, and sun protection matters enormously to keeping results.

Between visits: Environ®’s vitamin A and C serums are designed to gradually even out visible tone and support skin through pigment-focused treatment.

Concern 03

“I have a scar I’d like to soften.”

Often noticed from: surgery · injury · acne

Maybe it’s an old surgical scar, a mark from an injury, or texture left behind by acne. Scars don’t have to be new or dramatic to bother you — many clients say they stopped noticing it in the mirror and started noticing it in photos, or that makeup doesn’t sit right over it anymore.

Laser Scar Revision remodels the tissue and can soften both the texture and the colour of a scar. Mature scars respond too, though older ones often need a few sessions. Laura also trains other technicians in advanced scar techniques, so this is genuinely a specialty here.

Between visits: Environ® products help keep newly remodelled skin healthy and supported while it matures.

Concern 04

“I have dark marks left behind by breakouts.”

Often noticed on: cheeks · chin · jawline

The breakout is over, but the mark it left behind isn’t. These flat patches — brown on some skin, red or purple on others — can linger for months, and they’re what people most often mistake for “still having acne.”

These usually respond well to Laser Resurfacing, which clears the pigmented cells sitting in the skin’s surface. If the mark is raised or indented rather than flat, Scar Revision may be the better fit. Fading takes a few sessions, and it’s one of the most satisfying transformations to watch.

Between visits: Environ®’s vitamin A and C help fade residual pigment gradually and keep new marks from taking hold.

Concern 05

“I keep breaking out, and nothing’s worked.”

Often noticed on: jaw · chin · back · shoulders

You’ve tried the washes, the spot treatments, maybe prescriptions — and the breakouts keep coming. Whether it started recently or you’ve dealt with it for years, adult acne is genuinely frustrating, and it’s more common than people think.

Laser treatment can help calm active acne by reducing inflammation and bacteria in the skin, and addresses the marks and scars it leaves behind. Acne is one of those concerns where a proper plan matters — what works for hormonal jawline breakouts is different from what works for congestion on the back.

Between visits: Environ®’s breakout-supportive ranges help keep skin balanced and calm between laser sessions, without stripping it.

Concern 06

“My skin just looks dull and tired.”

Often noticed as: lack of glow · rough texture · tired-looking complexion

There’s no single thing wrong — your skin just doesn’t look fresh. Makeup doesn’t sit right, everything looks a bit grey or flat, and you feel like you look more tired than you are. It’s often a build-up of dead skin cells, dehydration, and slower cell renewal, and it’s incredibly common.

A course of gentle Laser Resurfacing is usually the fastest route back to luminous skin — it lifts away the dull surface and stimulates fresh renewal underneath. Many clients pair it with regular Skin Consultation visits to keep momentum between laser courses.

Between visits: Environ®’s vitamin A step is the foundation for brighter skin — it supports cell turnover so the glow you build actually lasts.

Concern 07

“My face is always red or flushed.”

Often noticed on: cheeks · nose · around the eyes

You flush easily, or there’s a constant pinkness across your cheeks and nose that makeup struggles to cover. Sometimes there are visible little veins too. Sensitive, reactive skin is often dismissed as “just how your skin is” — but there’s usually more that can be done than people realise.

Laser Vein Therapy targets the visible vessels beneath redness, and gentle resurfacing can calm the surface over time. Redness is treated conservatively and carefully here — starting gentle, and building only as your skin shows it’s comfortable.

Between visits: Environ®’s calming, barrier-supporting products help reduce reactivity so skin becomes less easily triggered.

Concern 08

“My eyes make me look tired, whatever I do.”

Often noticed as: shadows · hollowness · loose eyelid skin

You sleep, you hydrate, you try the eye creams — and you still look tired. Dark circles and heavy, hooded eyelids are usually a mix of thin skin, pigment, and small vessels showing through, which is why most eye creams can’t touch them.

When loose or hooded upper eyelid skin is part of it, Laser Blepharoplasty can make a dramatic difference without surgery. For shadowing and pigmentation, gentle resurfacing around the eyes can help, and visible under-eye vessels respond to Laser Vein Therapy. The right approach depends on what’s causing yours — which is exactly what the consultation is for.

Between visits: Environ®’s eye gel supports the delicate skin here with vitamin A, helping it look firmer and less crepey.

Concern 09

“My pores look big and my skin feels rough.”

Often noticed on: nose · cheeks · forehead

Up close, your skin texture bothers you more than anything else — visible pores, rough patches, skin that grabs onto foundation. Pore size is largely genetic, but how prominent they look is very much something we can improve.

Gentle Laser Resurfacing refines the surface and, over a series, can visibly reduce how large pores appear by supporting the skin around them. Keeping pores clear is the other half — a consistent routine matters more than any single treatment.

Between visits: Environ®’s vitamin A and gentle exfoliating products keep pores clear and skin texture refined so results hold between sessions.

Not sure which one sounds like you?

That’s completely normal — most skin concerns overlap, and you don’t need to diagnose yourself. Bring what’s bothering you to a complimentary consultation and Laura will build the plan.
